Neil Eustice, Realtor®
Neil M. Eustice, Jr. has over thirty years of business experience tied to the sales and marketing of financial products and services. This includes an extensive background in real estate finance and investment; commercial real estate leasing and property management; residential brokerage; private asset management; and the mutual fund industry.
At a young age, Mr. Eustice was recruited to New England as an ice hockey goaltender where he graduated as valedictorian from Lawrence Academy in Groton, MA. Educationally, he received his college degree from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, ME with a major in psychology and a minor in economics.
For the past two decades, Neil and his family have lived in Brighton.
Over the years, Neil Eustice has engaged in a plethora of civic and community activities. He often has found himself in leadership roles within these organizations. For fifteen years Neil was a girl’s softball coach and the president of Allston-Brighton Little League (2004-2011). Currently Neil is still a Little League board member. For well over a decade he taught ‘Learn to Skate’, was a coach and a board member with Allston-Brighton Youth Hockey. Neil was the goalie and defensive coach for the Women’s Varsity Ice Hockey Team at MIT (2008-2009). Neil for many years was an Executive Committee Member and the Treasurer of the Presentation School Foundation. More recently, Neil was asked and has excepted a board position at the YMCA in Oak Square, Brighton.
Fundamentally, Neil lives his life by giving back to others in many ways.
Bill Donovan, CBR, Realtor®
Bill has nine years experience in the Allston/Brighton Real Estate market. He is a third generation resident and has lived in the Rogers Park neighborhood for over 60 years. Bill is a graduate of St Columbkille School and High School, class of 1965. He was a founding member of the Allston Brighton YMCA, for anyone who can remember the storefront on Henshaw St. A Navy veteran, he served in Vietnam aboard the USS Intrepid and is a member of the Intrepid Former Crewmember Association and a regular contributor to the New England Shelter for Homeless Veterans.
He attended Bentley College, Northeastern University, The New England School of Photography and worked for the MBTA for 24 years. He is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Mass. Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Mauro Salvucci, Realtor®
Mauro Salvucci brings over 25 years of valuable sales experience to the real estate profession. Having worked as a small-business owner allowed him to provide quality customer service on a daily basis. Many years as a successful real estate agent has taught him to be a better listener, negotiator, and communicator.
Mr. Salvucci has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1980, is a Certified Buyer Representative, holds memberships in the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. His commitment to continuous education as required by these associations, ensures that his clients receive the highest quality of service, both professionally and ethically.
Born and raised in Brighton, Mauro attended the Winship, Garfield, and Edison schools, and graduated from Boston Technical High School and Northeastern University. After working for a local family-owned construction business for a few years, he started and operated Academy Video in Brighton Center for 11 years. Mr. Salvucci has worked as a real estate agent in Brighton since 1995.
Tina Hill, Realtor®
Tina Hill has over 18 years of valuable sales and Interior Design experience that she brings to the real estate profession. Having worked in sales and having her own Interior Design business allowed her to provide quality customer service on a daily basis. Tina has been a Boston Resident all of her life and has raised three beautiful children.
After working many years in the financial district downtown Boston, she graduated from Newbury College with an Associate’s degree in Interior Design. She has used her talent by incorporating her knowledge of color and space planning into the Home Staging business.
Tina stays well-informed of the latest trends and issues that affect the real estate industry. She is happy to be part of the team and now looks to expand her knowledge to include the world of real estate.
Clyde L. Younger, Real Estate Sales Consultant
Clyde Younger has over fifty years of combined public and private business and management experience including twenty-one years as an entrepreneur owning and operating several food and beverage retail concessions. This past sales experience serves him well as a real estate sales professional.
Mr. Younger is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder with a B.A. majoring in Sociology. He has also attended Northeastern University in Boston, MA with Graduate work toward a M.P.A.
Upon his arrival in Massachusetts, while working for the Centers For Disease Control, Clyde settled in his adopted town of Watertown and quickly became enmeshed in the schools’ and other community activities. He has served in the following capacities over the past number of years: President of the Browne School PTA; Watertown Town Meeting Member representing Precinct 10, Chairman, Cub Pack 226, Watertown School Committee, Watertown Town Council President and School Committee Member, Past President of Watertown Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs. Mr. Younger also served on the Board of the Watertown Multi-Service Center and was a member of the Watertown, N. Attleboro and E. Boston Chambers’ of Commerce.
He is a former Director, Secretary and Clerk of the Massachusetts Easter Seals Board, Watertown Elks and Corporator of the Boston Biomedical Research Institute and Mt. Auburn Hospital.
Clyde is a Corporator of Watertown Savings Bank, a Lifetime Honorary Member of Watertown’s Firefighters Local 1347 and a Social Member of Watertown’s Sons of Italy.
Mr. Younger is also one of the Founders of the Watertown Education Foundation.
Ronald David Bourgeois III, Sales Associate, Rental Manager
Ronald David Bourgeois III graduated from Waltham High School in 2008 and then attended the College of Management at the University of Massachusetts Boston with a concentration in Marketing. Ron’s father, Ron Junior, is the successful business owner of Bass River Properties in Cape Cod. Growing up, you could find little Ronnie playing with his two brothers, Shane and Tyler, running around his father’s open houses and various showings around the Cape. With Real Estate in the family, it was always a dream of Ron’s to partake in the family business and be successful. Although he hasn’t taken the reigns of his father’s business in the Cape, he is still an active licensed Realtor and Leasing Manager at Prime Realty Group in Brighton.
Recently, he purchased a property with his girlfriend Kerri in their home town of Waltham. He loves his career and enjoys teaching clients market strategies, negotiation tactics, and the “ins” and “outs” of the business to ensure every transaction is a knowledgeable, pleasant, successful, and timely one. It goes without saying, his clients trust him with, more often than not, their biggest asset, their home! Whether it’s going to be or was their primary residence, or investment property that is being leased, and everything in between, Ron is confident he will bring the results his clients are looking for, which he has proven time and time again.
In addition to regularly scheduled sales meetings at the office with decades and decades of experienced Realtors, Ron attends Master Sales Seminars and Continuing Education Courses as well as Greater Boston Real Estate Board and Massachusetts Association of Realtors conferences around the country to keep all of his Real Estate skills sharpened and always improving so that his clients have the best possible resources and cutting edge approach to reach their goal and beyond.
Jenny Chen, Sales Associate
Susan Perry joined Prime Realty Group as the head office manager in the summer of 2008. Since that time, Susan has been an integral part of the team as she is responsible for coordinating all administrative matters both in the office and with agents working in the area.
Susan has had a very eclectic education to say the least. She has taken many courses at various colleges and institutes, primarily focusing her studies on the humanities. At the moment, Susan is learning the ancient Greek dialect known as Koine.
Outside work and school, Susan enjoys the arts and community involvement. She has also been an extensive traveler throughout her life. Some of her excursions have taken her on a four year trip around the United States and a two year stay in Jerusalem, Israel.
Susan is happy to be part of the team and now looks to expand her diverse knowledge to include the world of real estate.
